Opportunity To Volunteer

The Association can only function with the time and effort of it's volunteers. There are many opportunities for those willing to participate. Below are the association functions and activities. Please review then contact the Board below to indicate your preferences.

The following is an outline of the duties and responsibilities of each of the Association offices and support volunteers:

PRESIDENT – The President shall preside at all meetings of the Members and the Board of Directors. He/she shall be responsible for general supervision of the affairs of the Association. 

VICE PRESIDENT In the absence or disability of the President, the Vice President shall possess all other powers and perform all the duties of the Office of the President.

TREASURERThe Treasurer shall have the custody of and be responsible for the moneys and funds of the Association. He/she shall keep complete and accurate records and financial accounts of the Association. He/she shall see that all expenditures are duly authorized and are evidenced by proper receipts and vouchers and shall deposit in the name of the Association all the moneys of the Association that shall come into his/her hands. A full report of the financial condition of the Association shall be made at the Annual Meeting of the Members.

SECRETARYThe Secretary shall issue notices for all meetings of Members and the Board of Directors and shall keep minutes of all such meetings. He/she shall make reports to the Board of Directors as they may request and from time to time disseminate a report to the Members of the business and affairs of the Association.

COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS - Throughout the year the Board will seek volunteers to serve on one or more of our various committees. Please check our "Committees" page and volunteer some time if you can. The Association can always use your help.
